Your projects are important to us. We ship orders out as soon as possible. Please note that all items are made/prepared and packaged to order. In stock items are made with in-stock materials, and usually ship within 3-10 business days. Time in transit will depend on your chosen shipping method (learn more below). Pre-orders will show an estimated shipping date on the product listing page and in your order summary. However, please note that this is an estimate only and there may be unforeseen delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, holidays, supply shortage, etc. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date but will do our very best to ship your order as soon as possible.
Due to COVID-19 related issues affecting USPS nationwide, transit times are generally running slower than normal. Additionally, there may be unexpected delays and long periods of non-updated tracking. Please note that we are not able to guarantee a delivery time due to these circumstances, and packages may arrive much later than expected. We are not able to offer refunds based on delayed transit.
We offer free shipping on all orders in the USA! Choose our free shipping option at checkout for free standard shipping on your order. Selecting this option means your order will ship via USPS First Class (small orders under 16 oz) or Priority Mail (orders weighing more than 16 oz). If you are placing a small order (under 16 oz) and wish to upgrade from First Class to Priority, we offer this upgrade at checkout. First Class estimates 2-5 days transit, while Priority estimates 2-3 days, however these are only estimates and are not guaranteed to arrive by a specific date. We are located in Mississippi, United States.
Please note that transit may be delayed during holiday seasons due to the high volume of mail going through USPS. We always ship orders out promptly but cannot do anything beyond that to ensure your package arrives by certain dates.

We use flat rate bubble mailers or flat rate boxes to ship internationally. We try to fit as many products in each package as possible.
International shipping is a flat rate of $25 per bubble mailer to Canada, or $35 per bubble mailer to other countries. Customers are responsible for any duty, tax or import fees. Orders will be shipped via Priority Mail International with tracking and insurance. Arrival time is estimated at 6-10 business days from the date of shipment, however please note we cannot guarantee a delivery date for international orders and your package could arrive later, particularly during holiday seasons or if they are held in customs for any length of time.
As a small family-owned boutique specializing in handmade and custom products, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges. All of our products are sold as is and are final sale.
